The Library of Congress has a guide on the International Perspectives of the Spanish American War. The Spanish American War started on April 25, 1898 when the U.S. declared war on Spain. The war involved the United States, Spain, Cuba, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines. Check out the LOC's website and their breakdown of perspectives.
The Library of Congress has a guide that "highlights historical events in Chile through 1964-1990, emphasizing the dictatorship of Pinochet. The Materials selected provide insight on those who influenced this period and those who lived through it". This is the link.
