Comet Learning Center

The Comet Learning Center, located in the Learning Achievement Center (library) provides drop-in tutoring services in various subject areas. Please visit their webpage to learn more and schedule an appointment. 


Career Services

The Career Services Center can prepare you for the workforce and help you reach your career goals Career services are available in-person at the Sioux City campus and via Zoom to Cherokee and Denison campuses. To make an appointment or get information about career fairs, visit their webpage.


TRiO

The TRIO/SSS program is designed to assist low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities with completing their associate degree at WITCC and successfully transfer to a four-year college or university. They create a welcoming, supportive environment that inspires students to reach their fullest potential and successfully graduate college. They build relationships with students and maintain strong partnerships with community resources. TRIO Student Support Services is available at our Sioux CityCherokee and Denison campuses.


The Center for Inclusive Excellence

The Center for Inclusive Excellence (CIE) is on the outside facing section of the Learning Achievement Center. The mission of the CIE is to build community through centralizing and strengthening equity-based programming, and bringing together services with a common goal. Their goal is to build a community and belonging by fostering an environment where people from all backgrounds and identities feel valued, respected, and empowered.
